UPDATED SCHOOL MEAL INFO

SCHEDULE UNTIL Friday APRIL 3
(Meals arrive at 10:30am by mailboxes at Melrose. Harrison Square about 10:40, and dropped off at the regular “2nd” bus stop.) This schedule continues until Friday, April 3.

Reminder: No meals delivered during school spring break, April 6 - April 10

SCHEDULE MONDAY APRIL 13 and beyond
Beginning Monday, April 13, student meals will be provided two days per week, Monday and Tuesday. Monday will provide breakfast and lunch for Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday will provide breakfast and lunch for Wednesday, Thursdau and Friday.

Buses will deliver meals from 10:30am - 12:30pm at the following locations:

• Brentwood Apartments
• Bugetel Inn and Suites
• Catalina Drive
• Glen Cove
• Harrison Square Apartments
• HomeTowne Studios
• Indigo Apartments
• Lake Forrest Apartments
• Legacy at Lanier Apartments

GHS Class of 2020: Do your GHS seniors need a Chromebook to access their schoolwork? Please call/text Maria, Resident Services Coordinator, 404-358-3558, for more information.

All Gainesville High School students should be accessing their Google Classrooms on a daily basis. If you need access to internet so this can happen, please contact Maria. MCalkins@gainesvillehousing.org

GHA Senior Citizens/Disabled Assistance

As the senior and disabled population are more succeptable to the COVID-19 virus than other ages, the Gainesville Housing Authority is ready to assist you in any way possible.
If you need help in dealing with or understanding your options during this crisis, please contact our Resident Services Manager Maria Calkins at MCalkins@gainesvillehousing.org or call 404-358-3558.



Residents: E-mail changes of income or job loss to the GHA. (Be sure to get a separation notice from employer)

If you experience a change of income such as less hours at work or job loss please email Beatriz Shirley at bshirley@gainesvillehousing.org with an explanation of your income change and a copy of either your separation notice or at least your last two pay stubs. For this, you can take a picture of the document and include it on your email.  We will process your rent recalculation and send your new lease in the mail; once you sign it, you can mail it back or leave it in our drop box.


Si están pasando por un cambio de ingresos tal como reducción de horas o perdida de trabajo favor de mandar un email a Beatriz Shirley a bshirley@gainesvillehousing.org con una explicación de su cambio de ingresos y una copia de su carta de separación o por lo menos los dos últimos talones de cheque. Por ello, pueden tomarle una foto al documento e incluirlo con su email. Estaremos procesando su recalculación de renta y le enviaremos su nuevo contrato por correo, una vez que lo firme lo puede devolver ya sea por correo o depositarlo en el buzón de alguna de nuestras oficinas.
