The Resident Opportunity and Supportive Services Program (ROSS) supports public housing residents by linking them with valuable community resources to obtain economic self- sufficiency, independence, improved quality of life, and in some cases help individuals maintain stable housing as they age.

The GHA partners with organizations such as the Gainesville Police Department, the Gainesville Fire Department, Gainesville City Schools, Hall County Sheriff's Office, Brenau University, The University of North Georgia, Women’s Clubs and Scholastic Reading Programs, Interactive Neighborhood for Kids, Georgia Mountain Food Bank, Rotary Club of Hall County, the Marta Chapman Memorial Founation, Quinlan Visual Arts Center, Elachee Nature Science Center, Hall County Health Department District II and The Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation, among others.
